VETS legislation began 1st July 2026

The legislation which grandfathers the VEA and DRCA for new claims began on July 1st. All claims lodged are now under the single MRCA

Compensation calculators

A new calculator has been added to determine MRCA compensation. It factors in baseline impairment from VEA and DRCA conditions claimed prior to 1st July 2026. Two versions are available; downloadable xlxm and online.
